Campus coordinator for the environmental inquiry minor. Scholarly/Research Interests include: innovative uses of technology to enhance student learning in introductory-level geoscience courses; incorporating service learning with the geosciences.

Research interests include: Consumer interest in organic and other niche foods, and in food marketing channels between developing and developed country markets.
