Procedures for making these requests can be found through the Graduation pages of the Office of the University Registrar. You click on the Alternative Site tile to learn how to make your request. Penn State policy indicates that both the degree-granting college and the alternative site college must approve your request. At Brandywine, that means that the Chief Academic Officer approves your request and forwards it to the dean at your chosen site for final approval.

Penn State provides official enrollment verifications through the Penn State Office of the University Registrar. This document confirms your enrollment status, dates of attendance, and degree information, and is commonly used by employers, lenders, and other organizations.
Current students can request or download an enrollment verification directly through LionPATH by navigating to Academic Records → Enrollment Verification. You may choose to print an unofficial copy or request that an official verification be sent directly to your employer.
If your employer prefers to verify your status independently, they may do so through the National Student Clearinghouse, Penn State’s authorized third-party provider for enrollment and degree verification.
