The Cooper and Schreyer Honors Programs at Penn State Brandywine support and encourage the diverse group of students who dedicate the time and effort it takes to be a scholar. The devoted faculty and staff promote critical thinking and academic achievement in an intellectually stimulating environment. Students are motivated to make a difference and create sustainable changes for the environment, the community, and the members of campus via faculty-guided research, service-learning projects, and volunteering on and off campus. This website proudly hosts special achievements, such as students presenting research and winning awards, as well as yearly progress and honors events. Students may begin at and graduate from Penn State Brandywine as a Cooper or Schreyer Honors Scholar. Both programs allow highly motivated scholars to participate in small, specially-designed courses, both on campus and in study abroad through Brandywine Global Programs. Scholars have the opportunity to engage in undergraduate research and disseminate their work through local-to-national conferences and in peer-reviewed publications. Each semester, scholars connect with the community through National Honors Service Day, prestigious internships, and interdisciplinary service projects.
