About Penn State Brandywine
Penn State Brandywine opened in 1967 and is one of 20 Penn State Commonwealth Campuses (and 24 total locations) across the state. The current campus sits on 112 acres of park-like grounds just 20 miles west of Philadelphia. The campus enrolls approximately 1,300 students, offering 15 baccalaureate degrees, 18 minors, associate degrees, and a variety of special programs. We are committed making a high-quality Penn State education accessible to students right here in Delaware County.
