On Friday, Feb. 8, Penn State Brandywine welcomed current and former student-athletes to campus to unveil new recognition banners in the gym. Unveiled during a ceremony at halftime of the men’s basketball game, the banners recognize conference and national championship teams, as well as individual athletic and academic achievements.
Senior forward Brandi James and the Penn State Brandywine women's basketball team have locked up at least the No. 2 seed in the Penn State University Athletic Conference's East Division.
Brandywine student Terri Quiambao supports the campus' Office of Student Affairs in several ways, such as staffing the Student Union welcome center and helping with office tasks.

Information sciences and technology major Sebastian Adebanjo is gaining relevant work experience as a work-study student in Brandywine’s information technology services department.
Penn State Brandywine senior and women’s basketball player Brandi James achieved a milestone when she scored her 1,000th point as Brandywine defeated Penn State Fayette in a home game on Jan. 25. She was congratulated by Athletic Director Bobbi Caprice and Head Coach Larry Johnson. Caprice also scored more than 1,000 points when she was a student-athlete on Brandywine’s women’s basketball team.
