Currently, there are four generations of employees in the workplace. While each different generation brings important assets to an organization, miscommunication among different generations of employees can result in unnecessary conflict and decreased productivity. This one-hour webinar is designed to improve your ability to work effectively with multiple generations in the workplace. Delivered in an interactive format, this webinar will help you to learn to walk in another’s shoes!

Webinar content will include an overview of each of the four generations and describe their characteristics and values, communication styles, and learning styles. The webinar will also discuss how to implement recruitment and retention strategies that target different generations.
