President of SAP North America to speak at Brandywine commencement

MEDIA, Pa. — Jennifer Morgan, president of SAP North America, will be the speaker at Penn State Brandywine’s spring commencement ceremony at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 7, in the Commons Building Gymnasium on campus.

Morgan is responsible for leading SAP's North America region, which serves more than 109,000 customers in 25 industries across the United States and Canada. SAP is the market leader in enterprise application software.

Morgan has more than 20 years of experience in developing, selling and implementing enterprise-wide solutions for government and private sector customers. Previously, she was president of the regulated industries market unit for SAP U.S., which encompasses federal, state and local government, as well as the higher education, aerospace and defense, health care, and utilities industries. As president of SAP Public Services, she was directly responsible for the company’s federal civilian and defense, aerospace, state and local government, and higher education industry practices.

Morgan serves on a number of nonprofit and academic boards, including the National Academy Foundation for James Madison University’s College of Business, and GenYouth, an organization dedicated to improving the health and wellness of the next generation of young leaders. She is also a member of the Committee of 200, an organization and foundation comprised of some of the world’s most successful female entrepreneurs and senior corporate leaders.

Morgan is a graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

Penn State Brandywine students receiving their diplomas in May will join the largest dues-paying alumni association in the world that consists of more than 177,000 members.
