Renovate Hope 
Renovating Hope is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization headquartered in Pennsylvania whose mission is to provide professional, sustainable, home needs and services in an effort to be a source of renewal and hope to the families of men and women presently serving in the armed forces, as well as to veterans, whose deteriorating residences require repairs and/or upgraded appliances necessary to meet basic human needs, ensuring family safety and adequate comfort.

VetSuccess.gov
Vet.Success.gov is a comprehensive one-stop site for Veteran and Service-member employment needs. Veterans can browse job listings, post resumes, and apply for positions directly on the site. Employers can post jobs, view Veteran resumes, and receive job applications.

Make the Connection
Make the Connection is a public awareness campaign sponsored by the Department of Veterans Affairs that connects veterans and their families with information and resources to help them cope with transitions, physical and psychological health concerns, and challenging life events.

DCOE Outreach Center
The Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (DCoE) has an Outreach Center to provide information and resources to service members, veterans, family members, health care providers, caregivers, employers and others in the community with questions about psychological health issues and traumatic brain injury. If you have questions about which tools for supporting your reintegration or education are right for you, a trained health resource consultant is ready to talk, listen and provide free, confidential guidance 24/7.

Military Onesource
Military OneSource is provided by the Department of Defense at no cost to active duty, Guard and Reserve (regardless of activation status), and their families. It is a virtual extension of installation services on a wide variety of issues.

After Deployment
