After you enroll in Penn State Brandywine, you are awarded 200 pages for printing in our labs every semester. You can check how many pages you have left, as well as a log of your printed pages, by logging into any student lab machine on the Penn State Brandywine campus. You should see your remaining page count at the top right corner of the screen.
If you happen to go over your limit, you can still print in our labs, but you must sign a form we provide to allow Penn State to bill you 7 cents per page over 200. You can sign the form in our office suite located in Room 128 of the Vairo Library Building. After you sign the agreement, you'll be able to keep track of the number of pages you print over 200 by a negative number display at the top right corner of the lab machines. If you don't reach negative numbers, you will not be charged for this semester.
Note: If you have a hold on your account (i.e. - Virus notification from using Penn State's Dial-up access), this service may be affected. Be sure your access account is not restricted if you're having problems printing.
