There are several ways to check your Penn State e-mail. Look over the options below and find out which is best for you. Both options require that you have a Penn State Access ID and password.
- WebMail
Considered the easiest out of the three, Penn State WebMail is viewable through any computer with Internet access and an Internet browser (like Internet Explorer or Netscape). To receive your mail, just visit http://webmail.psu.edu/, click on the logo, and login with your Penn State Access ID and password. After you login, check over your options, and click "Save Changes" at the very bottom to gain access to your inbox. WebMail works a lot like other e-mail web clients, like Yahoo! and GMail, so if you're familiar them, this option may be the best for you. WebMail Lite is an alternative for dial-up users and people who prefer a simpler e-mail client.
- Other E-mail Clients
If you have another e-mail program that you wish to use, like Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird, you can configure it to check your Penn State e-mail as well. Please visit the following site for more information:
