This process is controlled by University Policy TR10.

In order to reserve the van, the driver must be 25 years old and be an employee of the University. In addition, you must have successfully completed the web-based training course. Along with a copy of your valid driver's license, a copy of the completed certificate must be on file in the Office of Student Life and in the Executive Office.
