Mail, Copier, and Fax Services
University employees are expected to abide by the University policies regarding the proper use of University property found in policy FN14. Mail services are restricted to University use only.
Mail Room Hours
The campus mail room is staffed between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. Mail taken to the mail room after 11:00 a.m. will be postmarked and mailed the next business day. The U.S. Postal Service delivers and picks up mail any time between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
UPS Ground and Overnight Shipments
University Park mail and other outgoing UPS mail should be in the mailroom by 10:00 a.m. for daily pick up. For all other UPS shipments after 10:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday, please call 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to arrange for the pick up. The operator will ask you for information found on your package's shipment label and will also ask you for a telephone number. The number on file at UPS is 610-892-1213. After placing this call, your package must be taken to Room 105 in the Main Building and placed on the Bursar's counter for pick up. UPS packages scheduled for pick up after 5:00 p.m. on a Friday must be taken to the Security desk adjacent to the mail room. Security must also be notified of the anticipated late Friday pick up. All UPS shipments require Division Head approval.
The campus has a BULK mail permit. Each department is responsible for making the arrangements for their BULK mail or coordination of outside mailing services. If you are anticipating a large mailing which needs to go through the postage meter, please notify us at least two weeks in advance to make certain there will be sufficient postage in the meter for your mailing.
Perishable/Temperature Sensitive Deliveries
If you are expecting a delivery that is perishable or needs to be refrigerated right away, contains live animals/insects, or that you need for whatever reason the moment it arrives, please send an email notification to email@example.com. This will ensure communication to not just myself, but other business office staff members who may need to handle deliveries in my absence.

Copier and Fax Services
Individual copier access codes are required to operate all copiers on campus. Please contact Business Services at 610-892-1224 for copier codes and questions.
University employees are expected to abide by the University Policy FN14 regarding the proper use of University property with respect to copiers, fax and telephone equipment. Additionally, we are bound by copyright laws. Should you require assistance with a copyright, please contact the Copyright Clearance Office at University Park at 814-863-0580.
Convenience copiers are located in Suites 105, 212 and 312 of the Main Building. Large copy jobs should be run on the high volume copier located in Rm. 212 Main Building. Other copiers are located in Rm. 111 Main Building, Suite 201 Commons Building, Suite 207 Classroom Building, and Suite 129 Vairo Library. Coin copiers for student use are located in the Student Lounge in the Main Building, Vairo Library, and Classroom Building.
Please be courteous when using the copiers and remove any jams that occur while you are using the machines. Problems which you are not able to resolve should be reported to the staff assistant who is nearest to the copier you are using, or by calling Xerox at 800-821-2797. When calling in your service request, please be sure to include the Machine Serial Number, which can be accessed on each copier by pressing Machine Status then Machine Details.
Copier supplies are ordered by Business Services. If copiers are getting low on toner, ink cartridges or paper, call 610-892-1224.
