Veronica (Ronnie) M. Godshalk received her B.S. in Design & Merchandising from Drexel University, and her M.S. in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Godshalk earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration from Drexel with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Strategic Management. Dr. Godshalk’s research interests include issues surrounding career management and mentoring. She has published over forty articles, books, and book chapters. In 2010, she published a 4th edition of Career Management, with Jeff Greenhaus and Gerry Callanan.

She is an active member in the Academy of Management and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Dr. Godshalk had worked in the computer industry in sales and sales management prior to entering academia, and has been a consultant for several Fortune 500 companies.
