Graduation Information
Spring graduates will be invited to participate in the Spring Commencement Ceremony.
COMMENCEMENT IS HELD IN THE COMMONS BUILDING according to the following schedule. You will be instructed to meet in Room 203 one hour prior to the start of the ceremony.
Summer 2010 and Fall 2010: Friday, December 17, 2010, 10:00 AM
If you are planning to graduate from Penn State Brandywine, it is necessary to take the following steps:

Declare your Intent to Graduate
You can do this by using the "Graduating this Semester" application on eLion. You must do so within the required time period:
for SUMMER 2010: May 17 - June 18, 2010
for FALL 2010: August 16 - September 6, 2010 -
Meet with your Adviser
Run a degree audit on eLion and review it with your Academic Adviser to ensure that all requirements have been met.
*If you are missing course, credit, or grade requirements, you will NOT be able to graduate* -
Check your Address
You will be receiving important graduation information in the mail, so it is important that your address is up-to-date. You can check your address on eLion by selecting the "Address Information" tab. Make sure that your LOCAL address is correct. -
Transfer your Credits
You should avoid taking classes at another institution during your intended semester of graduation. If you do, you MUST ensure that PSU receives the grades on time.

If you are planning to attend Commencement at Penn State Brandywine, it is necessary to take the following steps:

Check your Mail
If you have declared your intent to graduate you will receive important graduation information in the mail. This information will include:
-The date and time of the commencement ceremony
-The deadline to RSVP to the Registrar’s Office
-How and when to obtain graduation tickets
-How and when to purchase your cap and gown -
RSVP
You will receive a letter with contact information and the deadline to RSVP to the Registrar's Office regarding your invitation to attend commencement. Please RSVP even if you are NOT planning to attend. *If you do not RSVP, you will NOT have tickets set aside for you* -
Pick up your Tickets and your Cap and Gown
It is important the you pick up your commencement tickets and your cap and gown as directed in the instructions you receive in the mail. -
Arrive one hour before Commencement
To ensure organized procession and seating, you must arrive 1 hour before the commencement ceremony.
